The problem with using chemicals like DMSA is they can be too harsh causing a flood of toxins into the circulation from where they have been safely sequestered (fat, bones etc). This can be highly stressful for the individual.

I have a different approach to getting rid of toxic elements such as Hg which works beautifully and produces significant reductions in toxic elements as measured by the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis:

Sorry, but while glutathione does help prevent deposition of heavy metals, it does not "act as a chelating (binding) agent to remove heavy metals". It has only one thiol (sulfur) group, making it a weak chelator, so it just stirs up metals that are already there.

But if you insist it does, please post the study from Pubmed that proves it's chelation abilities.

The only compounds that chelate heavy metals are DMSA and frequent-dose alpha lipoic acid (both have 2 thiol groups).

Hi,
When we were children mother always made us get out in the sun if we were home sick or had any sores ( like boils or open cuts) etc.
to this day i get out in the sun in swim trunks as often as I can, some times for hours at a time
