I think this advice is a waste of time if people arent serious about clearing up their diets first, a faulty diet is hte major cause, too much sodium, fried and processed fats, and a diet defifficient in enough vitamins and minerals all round, which cause massive damage to arteries long term, hte poor diet also reduces the immune system response which is vital to prevent the chemical damage caused by faulty diet. as we age the immune system declines and hte rapid aging that sets in in later years is largely to do with failing immune system letting toxins damage our tissues.
