Here is a great guide to faster injury free running


Hi Gary,
Many people blame running for many injury problems including knee and joint problems, but most of the time the problem is poor running form, ie over striding and heel landing which cause massive shock waves through the ankles,knees, hips, back and even up to the neck and head.

Good technique is so important.
