Feedback from a Happy Camper

"Overall I am overjoyed and can hardly believe how good my spine is feeling. I mean, there's still a million miles to go, in terms of rehabilitation, but I've come a long way, that's for sure, and I will get a whole lot further, I am determined!
And again, I have to say, thank you so much, Gary, I have no doubt at all that a lot of this is due to your help.

When I tramped slowly to the top of Kakamatua Ridge and did my dance of joy on the top, I sent you a psychic thank you!"

Gary comments:
Even when facing the prospect of surgery for a chronic injury, such as to the back, the benefits of holistic therapy can still be huge - in this case, massage, exercise and nutrition - all specific to the individual.

In some cases the need for surgery disappears. If surgery is finally opted for, then the patient will be in a better position to handle the procedure and recovery will proceed briskly with less risk of complication.

If you are under the care of a health professional, you are still advised to discuss any changes in your treatment plan before doing so.
