Myra Mixes it With the Males
Young Myra Moller who is hopeful of gaining a place in the London Olympics gave some of the boys a lesson on how to ride during Sunday’s road race at Broadmarsh.
Forty one riders of ages between 13 and 73 were at the start of the 40 km scratch race which was won by Daniel Furmston in a time of 1:01:59.
Myra Moller rode strongly with the front riders as unrelentingly dropped rider after rider on the undulating course to finish 6th with the same finishing time as the winner.
